1. PROJECT ASSISTANT (Internship). We work with well-known clients who rely on our ability to deliver quality service execution. You'll support the senior staff and particularly our Corporate Services Manager with your amazing online and offline research skills, accurate scribing of meetings and recorded minutes, you'll assist the team to setup meetings and you'll have a team-player attitude. You're a fast typer (minimum 55 words per minute, 90% accuracy) and you're very very comfortable with using or at least willing to put the extra yards in to quickly getting the hang of software such as Google Suite (ie. sheets, pages, slides, google meet), Gmail, Skype, MS Office and project tracking software like Asana, Slack and others.
2. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (Internship). You find joy in tasks like receipt reconciliation and data entry. You have a strong eye for details and understand how to develop and work a spreadsheet on excel and google sheets. You've got a great attitude towards helping in a team and learning new things. And if you got asked to assist with tasks listed in the Project Assistant role - you'd have a "can-do" attitude.
3. PASSIONATE CREATIVE (Internship). You'll be passionate about your creative craft, whether that's graphic design, photography, videography or others. You'll be passionate about working on creative projects and supporting our Digital Projects Manager and wider brand team on delivering engaging content for our client projects and our own internal communications strategy. You'll have strong self-taught or formally learned skills across the Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent Mac software. And you'll be able to provide a portfolio of some works to show how you've crafted your skills so far.
All positions are Port Moresby CBD based and have a 3 month probation period. You must be able to organise your own transport as needed, but you'll also be comfortable working from home/in remote mode as required.
